Two offices, five counties
Our fire and smoke service region around Detroit
We work from two offices: the service office on Cliff Street in Detroit and the head office on Saginaw Road in Grand Blanc. Between them they cover Detroit, the four counties around it and Genesee County to the north.
Quick answer
Our fire and smoke service region is Detroit and five Michigan counties: Wayne, Oakland and Macomb from the Detroit service office, and Genesee and Livingston from the Grand Blanc head office. Inside that region we handle the full job, from board-up to rebuild, and the line is answered 24/7. Outside it, we tell you honestly on the call whether a crew can reach you.
The region
How the region breaks down
Detroit and the inner Wayne County cities. This is the core of the work and the area closest to the Cliff Street office, which sits in Pershing. It includes historic neighborhoods such as Boston-Edison, Indian Village and Corktown, plus Dearborn and Dearborn Heights. We also cover the city’s biggest homeowner neighborhoods: North Rosedale Park, Grandmont-Rosedale, University District and Russell Woods on the northwest and west side, Warrendale and Southwest Detroit to the west and southwest, and East English Village and Regent Park on the east side. The housing here is the oldest in the region, so jobs involve plaster, older wiring and basements full of firefighting water. See Wayne County.
Western Wayne and Downriver. West of Detroit the houses get newer, with postwar ranches in Livonia and Westland and 1970s to 2000s subdivisions in Canton Township. To the southwest, Taylor has 1950s and 1960s homes and many rentals.
North into Oakland County. North of Eight Mile, the Detroit office covers Oakland County: older bungalows and apartments in Royal Oak and Southfield, suburban homes in Troy, Farmington Hills, Rochester Hills and Novi, higher-value homes in West Bloomfield, lake homes in Waterford Township and older housing and rentals in Pontiac.
Macomb County. Macomb County runs from the brick ranches of Warren and St. Clair Shores to Sterling Heights, Clinton Township, and the newer, larger homes of Shelby Township and Macomb Township.
Genesee and Livingston counties from Grand Blanc. The head office handles Genesee County, including Flint, Burton and Grand Blanc itself, and Livingston County to the southwest, around Howell and Brighton. Housing ranges from Flint’s older neighborhoods to newer subdivisions.

Where coverage ends
Coverage ends at the edges of those five counties. For houses in neighboring counties, like Washtenaw, Monroe, St. Clair, Lapeer or Shiawassee, call anyway: we tell you straight away whether a crew can reach you in reasonable time, and if not, we say so rather than leave you waiting. When every crew in the region is already committed, we may connect your call with another restoration company nearby, as explained at the bottom of every page.
