What this website collects

This website has no forms and no accounts. We do not ask you to type in any personal information here.

Like most websites, the server that hosts this site keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, to keep the site running and secure.

Third-party services on this site

Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads. The map on our pages only loads from Google Maps if you choose to open it. Google's own privacy policy applies to those requests.

Information from phone calls

When you call the fire and smoke line, we use what you tell us, such as your name, phone number, address and details about the damage, to respond, schedule work, document the job and communicate with you and, if you ask us to, your insurance company.

If every crew is already committed and we connect your call with another restoration company in the area, we share only what that company needs to respond to you, and we tell you on the call.

How we use and share information

We use information to provide the services you ask for, keep job records, meet legal and insurance requirements and improve our service. We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with insurers, adjusters, mortgage companies or contractors working on your job when you ask us to or when it is needed to complete the work, and with authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep job records for as long as they are needed for the work, questions from insurers, and legal and tax requirements, and then delete or archive them securely.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call us at (313) 391-5430 or write to us at our head office, 12458 Saginaw Road #7, Grand Blanc, MI 48439.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
