What to have ready when you call

None of this is required to call, so do not wait if you do not have it. It just helps us plan the first visit.

• The address of the house or building
• What burned and roughly where
• Whether the fire department has released the property
• Whether the power and gas are on or off
• Your insurance company and claim number, if you have one
• Anyone in the household with special needs

What happens after you call

   Board-up, water removal and documentation start on the first visit.

Calls when every crew is out

If every crew is already committed and a fire needs someone faster than we can get there, we may connect your call with another restoration company in the area. We tell you on the call when that happens, so you know who is coming.
